Refund Policy
Order cancellation is possible at any time before the item is shipped.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. In the event that some or all of the product is returned, the dollar value of any gift codes used for payment will not be refunded.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the client receiving the order, and they must be received by us within 14 days after we have approved the return of an item. If a return is made outside of these guidelines, it may not be accepted or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For details on how to return your product, please refer to the information below.

Conditions of return.Returns of products are also subject to the following requirements:
- Items shipped from outside of the US or Canada are returnable but do not qualify for a pre-paid return label. Please send an email to info@seediqlighting.com to initiate the return process.
- The item must be received undamaged and in brand-new condition. Items that have been altered by the client, have scratches, or are otherwise damaged may not be returned, or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Amount. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued, minus any return shipping expenses, except for the following:
- SEEDIQ Lighting, LLC will cover the outbound and return shipping costs, as well as impose a 15% restocking fee for returns of five or more items.
- Orders shipped outside of the Lower 48, or the contiguous United States, are eligible for refunds, minus any international and return shipping costs paid by SEEDIQ, LLC.
